Camp Red Fox Update

The Excel team is working hard to ensure that Camp Red Fox’s roof is completed before Old Man Winter really rears his head! The progress made over the past month, alone, is impressive. Flooring of course has been completed and the logs have been stacked! Camp Red Fox is beginning to take it’s shape as the master of it’s mountain. Stay tuned for more Camp Red Fox updates!

Excel Building & Development’s Kingsport team is nearing completion on the Model City Apartments. After the September storm that struck the Tri-Cities, the multi family living development was left in shambles complete with missing roofs and other storm damage. Our team has pushed to ensure that these families are safe and warm in their homes for the Christmas season and we are nearing that goal! Stay tuned for information on the soon-to-be-completed project.

Excel Building & Development Corp. is pleased to announce the acquisition of our latest project in Kingsport, TN.

This project is a local, privately owned government housing development that recently suffered severe damage from a storm that, according to the National Weather Service, produced detrimental straight-line winds back in September. We have been solely awarded the contract as the General Contractor for the remodel and reconstruction of approximately sixteen buildings which total approximately 162,000 sq. ft. that sustained wind and water damage as well as the re-roofing, replacement of soffits, siding, guttering & downspouts on numerous buildings throughout the complex. We are grateful to be given the opportunity to help our local community once again and will strive to complete this project in a timely manner in order to allow these people to gain access to their homes and return to their normal lives. Please continue to follow this project as we progress.
